Born in the picturesque Krasnodar region of Russia and raised near Moscow, Tatiana Kharina embodies the spirit of perseverance and grace. Her journey, marked by a passion for excellence, has transformed her into a celebrated entrepreneur, beauty queen, and philanthropist.

Tatiana’s parents have always been her greatest inspirations. Her father, with his wisdom and kindness, taught her to embrace life with courage and to follow her heart without hesitation. Her mother instilled in her the strength to be independent and the importance of self-care. These invaluable lessons became the guiding principles of Tatiana’s life, giving her the confidence to turn her dreams into reality.

Growing up in a humble home, Tatiana’s childhood was filled with simple joys. She played the piano, attended church, and cherished the values her parents instilled in her. However, money was often tight, which meant she couldn’t always enjoy the things she dreamed of or afford a college education. Determined to change her life, she made the bold decision to move to the United States on her own at the age of 20.

Those early years in a new country were challenging. Tatiana worked tirelessly, balancing jobs as a waitress and babysitter while pursuing her education. Through hard work, she turned her dreams into reality, building a future she once thought was out of reach.

Tatiana’s academic accomplishments are nothing short of extraordinary. She earned not one but four degrees: a BS in English, a BS in Finance and Business Management, a BSN in Nursing, and a Master’s degree as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.

With over a decade in the medical field, Tatiana transitioned from working as a hospital nurse to becoming an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and launching Self-Image Medical Spa in 2021. Her mission is deeply personal: to help clients enhance their natural beauty, age gracefully, and embrace self-confidence.

Trained in both the U.S. and Europe, Tatiana has developed advanced techniques in skin rejuvenation and injections, earning her recognition as a top injector. Her passion, precision, and personalized care make her work a way to empower others to feel beautiful inside and out.

In 2023, becoming Mrs. Connecticut America was a life-changing experience for Tatiana. Representing her state on the national stage at the Mrs. America pageant in Las Vegas was both an honor and a challenge. Her hard work and dedication paid off when she earned a spot in the prestigious Top 6.

Since then, Tatiana has embraced the spotlight with grace and purpose. From walking the runway at New York Fashion Week to gracing the pages of high-profile fashion magazines, she has established herself as a model and public figure. Her appearances on TV and radio have allowed her to share her story and inspire others, while her involvement in a Netflix production about the Mrs. America pageant, set to release in 2025, marks an exciting step into the entertainment world.

Beyond her achievements in the spotlight, Tatiana is deeply committed to giving back. She actively supports charitable initiatives with World Vision, helping improve the lives of children in need worldwide.

Tatiana’s ambitions are deeply rooted in her love for family. While expanding her MedSpa into a luxurious yet affordable center, she remains dedicated to nurturing her son, Daniel, and being a devoted wife.

Her charitable work continues to grow, focusing on supporting underprivileged communities in Africa and beyond. Tatiana is also preparing to compete in Mrs. European Universe 2025 in Los Angeles, but above all, her greatest priority remains her family—balancing career, philanthropy, and motherhood with grace and purpose.

Tatiana believes in the power of living by example. As Mahatma Gandhi said, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” From humble beginnings, her journey has been defined by unwavering elegance, authenticity, and a fierce commitment to staying true to herself. She is a woman who leads with strength, loyalty, and honesty, refusing to compromise her values.
